Pliant Solutions recognizes that, from time to time, a change in circumstances may prevent you from attending an event for which you have registered. There is a charge of $38.00 for attendee registration cancellations received on or before the date 60 days prior to the first day of the event.
Should you cancel on or before the date 30-59 days prior to the first day of the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may transfer the full registration payment to another person, or you may choose to apply the full registration payment toward any other Pliant Solutions event which you are eligible to attend that occurs within 12 months following the originally scheduled event. Requests to have paid registration fees applied to a future event must be received no less than 20 days prior to the opening date of the subsequent event.
Should you cancel within 30 days of the first day of the event, no refund will be issued, and no payment will be applied to any future Pliant Solutions event. However, you may transfer the full registration payment to another individual 7 days before the first day of the event.
Requests should be sent to Pamela Hoevel at Pamela@PliantSolutions.com. All requests must include your name, organization, the full name of the event, and the date of the event for which you are registered.
All determinations regarding the applicability and administration of this policy are solely made at the discretion of Pliant Solutions. Pliant Solutions reserves the right to make alterations to this policy without notice. Your registration constitutes acknowledgment and willingness to comply with this policy.
Pliant Solutions reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Pliant Solutions cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Pliant Solutions will not be liable for travel expenses or cancellation fees incurred.
Photo Release
In the course of conducting a public training course, class, or event, Pliant Solutions may take photographs or video. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you grant Pliant Solutions to publish photographs or video taken of you for use in our print, online, and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Pliant Solutions publications. You also thereby release and hold harmless Pliant Solutions from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.
You further acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or videos or company marketing materials or other publications. You acknowledge and agree that publication of said images confers no rights of ownership or royalties.
