Let's Get Engaged.
While all coaching engagements are unique, this is what our process typically looks like:
The First Date
This is where we take you “out to dinner” to get to know you. We’ll look you in the eye and ask you all kinds of probing questions like,
“Where do you see yourself in five years?”
“Do you have teams or want them in the future?”
“Do your teams play nicely with others?”
“What are your priorities in life?”
“All teams are unique and beautiful, but what would it be if you had to pick a flaw?
Meet the Family
It turns out we like each other (you think we’re pretty cute), so it’s time to meet the team. You take us to the office to get to know everyone. Depending on the number and size of your teams, we’ll spend a few days interviewing team members and observing how they interact with each other.
Get Down and Dirty
We’re not sure where YOU were going with this one, but we mean we’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work. We’ve conversed with and observed the team, so we have a pretty good idea of how they tie themselves up in knots. What happens from here depends on your needs. Our coaching engagement with the team could be one thing or many, but we guarantee it will be a customized solution.
Let's Be Friends
Now that we’ve helped you improve your teams’ communication skills, workflows, and stuck patterns, you don’t really need us anymore. Sure, we can still get together for coffee now and then, but you’re going to be pretty busy getting $*!t done and communicating effectively in a safe environment so that we won’t wait by the phone. (But we’re here if you need us.)
